5/2023 While the first tenants are already happily living in Fragment, we’re still at work on the finishing touches. Roofs are being covered with greenery, and the common areas are being finalized. Large-format canvases by the graphic artist and painter Petr Kryštůfek are newly on display there.

10/2021 The construction of the residential bridge connecting the two wings of the building at the point in which they turn away from each other has been ongoing for the past few weeks. This is a major challenge in terms of structural engineering, but will allow apartments with truly unique interiors to be created.
